To make booking your next service as smooth as a cat’s nap, we prefer that returning customers use our booking form. It helps us stay organised and ensures your spot is secured fast.

    ✔️ Remember to add on any Perr-ks & Extras you may require

    ✔️ Be specific about your cat's needs (feeding, meds, hiding spots, etc.). Especially if anything has changed since our meet & greet

    ✔️ Use the message box to tell us anything that would help make the visit smoother!

    ✔️ We will come back to you within 24 hours of submitting your form to confirm your services have been booked!

  • Pay 💳

    ✔️ Payment is due one week before Cat Nip In's first visit

    ✔️ Payment is by bank transfer only, and only after your dates/requests have been confirmed

    ✔️ 24‑hour notice required to cancel; in that case your payment will be credited for future bookings (apart from over the festive period).
