How It Works in 4 Easy Steps

Fill out our 'New Customer - Meet and Greet' form or send us text, WhatsApp or email message for more information!
🏡 Step 2:
Meet & Greet
Think of this as a little “sniff test” before the purr-fect care begins!
Our meet & greet is a complimentary visit where we stop by to:
- Meet your furry family members to help them get comfortable with us
- Chat through their daily routine - feeding, playtime, cuddles, and any special needs
- Receive your keys and check they work properly (front door, back door, or any access codes)
- Go over any important details - from litter tray locations to favourite toys
- Discuss emergency contacts and vet information, just in case
- Talk through any medication and its requirements
- Answer any questions you may have, so you feel completely at ease
📅 Step 3:
Book Your Visits
Choose the service(s) that suit your cat’s needs from a quick Nip In to a longer Purr-fect Pamper.

Relax & Receive Updates
While you're away, if your cat comes and say's hello we'll send daily photo updates and care notes so you know your furry family member is happy and well looked after.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings are subject to Cat Nip In’s Terms & Conditions, which include our minimum visit policy, payment & cancellation rules, festive booking requirements, and liability guidelines.
- Standard bookings: Non-refundable; amendments allowed with 24-hour notice; payments can be credited for future use.
- Festive bookings (1st Dec – 3rd Jan): Non-refundable and non-transferable; visits on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, or New Year’s Day require a minimum three-day booking.
- Payment deadlines: One week prior for standard bookings; by 1st December for festive bookings.
- Health & Liability: Cat Nip In is not responsible for illness, injury, or veterinary costs during care.
- Home Access: While we take care in your home, we are not liable for accidental damage or loss outside the scope of our care.
