Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to Cat Nip In’s Terms & Conditions, which include our minimum visit policy, payment & cancellation rules, festive booking requirements, and liability guidelines.

Standard bookings: Non-refundable; amendments allowed with 24-hour notice; payments can be credited for future use.
Festive bookings (1st Dec – 3rd Jan): Non-refundable and non-transferable; visits on Christmas Day or Boxing Day require a minimum three-day booking.
Payment deadlines: One week prior for standard bookings; by 1st December for festive bookings.
Health & Liability: Cat Nip In is not responsible for illness, injury, or veterinary costs during care.
Home Access: While we take care in your home, we are not liable for accidental damage or loss outside the scope of our care.
