What areas do you cover?

Do you offer a free meet & greet?

Yes !We offer a no-obligation meet & greet so you and your cat can get to know us before your first booking.

How do I book a visit?

Returning cat guardians can book a cat sitting service via our quick service request form; new customers start with a meet & greet.

What about my keys?

You can leave a spare set of keys with Cat Nip In at all times, or share the code to your key box (if you have one). We can also collect or drop off keys before and after your visits. Please note, this service comes with a small additional fee of £5.

Do you care for other pets too?

Cats are our speciality, but we’re happy to feed fish, water plants, or check in on small animals too you can find out more in our 'Perr-ks & Extras'section!

How much notice do you need for bookings?

We recommend booking in advance, especially during the festive period as this is our busiest time. We’ll always do our best to fit in last-minute requests.

You can add any of these extras when booking your visit. Just pop a note in your message or mention it during our chat and we will take care of the rest!

Terms & Conditions

All bookings are subject to Cat Nip In’s Terms & Conditions, which include our minimum visit policy, payment & cancellation rules, festive booking requirements, and liability guidelines.

  • Standard bookings: Non-refundable; amendments allowed with 24-hour notice; payments can be credited for future use.
  • Festive bookings (1st Dec – 3rd Jan): Non-refundable and non-transferable; visits on Christmas Day or Boxing Day require a minimum three-day booking.
  • Payment deadlines: One week prior for standard bookings; by 1st December for festive bookings.
  • Health & Liability: Cat Nip In is not responsible for illness, injury, or veterinary costs during care.
  • Home Access: While we take care in your home, we are not liable for accidental damage or loss outside the scope of our care.
